Music is a wonderful friend

Sir Colin Davis met the press before the closing ceremony of the academic year 2004/2005 of the Reina Sofia Music School, which took place at the Royal Palace El Pardo on June 28th, 2005. This is a transcription of most of what Sir Colin said there. A few of his words were inaudible. The questions have been summarized, and are non verbatim.

Fabián Panisello, director of the school, introduced Sir Colin Davis. He stated how happy he was spending these last days with the Maestro, who worked with the orchestra on Mozart, a field he is a specialist in.
